Delivery Policy
We currently deliver across Bangladesh with the following estimated timelines and charges:
- Inside Dhaka: approx. 1-2 business days — delivery charge ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: approx. 3-5 business days — delivery charge ৳150
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the zone you select and are shown clearly in your order summary before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are currently fulfilled via Cash on Delivery: our courier partner will contact you before delivery, and you pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep your phone reachable so our courier can coordinate delivery.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, regional holidays, or courier volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
