Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout based on your shipping zone (Inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or stock error, in which case we will contact you before processing.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay in cash when your order is delivered. No advance payment is required to place an order.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are approximately 1-2 days Inside Dhaka and 3-5 days Outside Dhaka, subject to courier availability. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
