Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your Designer Land Store purchase. Since most orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, please inspect your package at the time of delivery whenever possible.
Exchange window
You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
How to request an exchange
Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or Messenger with your order number and a photo of the item/issue. We will confirm the exchange method (pickup or courier) and next steps within 24-48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will let you know if the exchange is approved. Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bKash/Nagad/Rocket transfer or bank transfer to your provided account, normally within 5-7 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and worn/altered items cannot be returned unless defective. Sale/clearance items are final sale unless defective.
